Planning Your Legacy
The Foundation offers free estate planning for Arkansas Baptists employed by or retired from denominational service and free drafts of estate planning documents for laypersons who would like to leave at least ten percent (10%) of their estate to their church or favorite ministry. These services would include documents such as:
- Revocable/Living Trusts
- Last Will and Testaments
- Durable Power of Attorneys for Management of Property and Personal Affairs
- Health Care Directives including Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care and Living Wills.
- Deeds and other supporting documents to transfer your assets to your trust or loved ones.
- Charitable Split Interest gifts such as charitable gift annuities, charitable remainder trusts, or charitable lead trusts
- Charitable giving funds

Fill out the form below to begin the estate planning process. List any questions or concerns you have about your estate plan, if any.

Waiver
We will send a waiver for you to sign indicating that you have requested the Foundation to draft these documents.

Receive and Review Drafts
Once we have received the signed waiver we will draft and send your documents for your review.

Signing Documents
After your review of the drafted documents and any resulting changes made, we can send them to the attorney of your choosing or we can schedule an appointment to review the documents at our office.
