Estate Planning Questions:

  • Do you have a current Last Will or Testament - OR - a Living/Revocable Trust?
  • Do you have a Durable Power of Attorney?
  • Do you have a Living Will?

If you answered "No" to any of the above questions, then the Foundation may be able to serve you.  For individuals that desire to leave a gift to a Christian charity through their will or trust , we will be glad to work with you in the following way:

  1. Meeting with you to develop/update your estate plan.
  2. Having drafts written for your legal documents which your attorney may use to expedite the gift.
