wills/trusts to help Arkansas Baptists leave gifts to Baptist
charities. These
drafts may be used by the donor's attorney.
- Assessing their estate planning
situation and helping them meet their own needs (example: reduction of
taxes, increasing income) through potentially the best charitable
giving strategy.
- Setting up endowment-type gifts.
Endowments are accounts that payoff the income produced during the
year to the donor's selected charity. An endowment allows a
donor's influence to live forever!
